The bucket elevators used in the fertilizer production plant of Eti Bakır A.Ş., a subsidiary of Cengiz Holding in Samsun, have been specially designed and supplied to meet the high capacity requirements.

All engineering work for the project has been completed, and technical supervision teams were sent to the site during the commissioning phase to provide installation and commissioning support.

Project Scope:
DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) Based Fertilizer Plant: 5 bucket elevators
PAP (Phosphoric Acid) Plant: 3 bucket elevators
Elevator Features
The elevators provided for the DAP plant are among the largest capacity fertilizer elevators in the world.
High-capacity, double-strand bucket elevators were used.
Specially designed for transporting granular DAP/NP/NPK fertilizers.
Resistant to material temperatures up to 115°C.
High-strength REXNORD 7984G4ev4 and R4004G5ev2 chains were used.
Motors equipped with SIEMENS, ABB, and Flender gearboxes.
Wear-resistant, specially designed buckets were used.
Engineering and Design
The engineering, design, and production of the elevators were carried out by considering environmental factors such as material density, temperature, and humidity.
Delivery and Installation
The elevators were delivered to the site under CIF Samsun (Incoterms 2010) conditions.
Installation and commissioning processes were completed on-site with the support of a technical supervision team.
