VAUTID deposition welding materials are available in many different material specifications: Hardfacing welding materials, rust-free auxiliary welding materials, auxiliary repair welding materials, special materials.

These materials are available as rod electrodes or cored wire electrodes.

Hardfacing of equipments and tools which are subjected to excessive wears in especially cement, steel&iron, mining industry is our one of major activities.

Hardfacing services are provided in our hardfacing workshop using VAUTID’s hardfacing consumables. The workshop is established in 1000 sqm. indoor area and have 4 types of welding positioners in it.

Foremost services are hardfacing of vertical mill rolls&tables and hardfacing of grinding rolls (roller presses) which are primarily used in cement plants. Then coating of crusher bodies , crusher hammers , screws of worm conveyors , spectacle plates of concrete pumps etc. are other hardfacing services which we are specialist for.

Each welding is applied on the basis some certain procedures by our qualified engineers & workers. Determination of wear type & appropriate welding consumables, checking the cracks by applying MP or dye penetrate tests before welding , preheating the part on the positioner and regular temperature controls during the welding and finish crack and dimension checks according to the procedures are applied to each hardfacing job.

This service is mostly provided for cement and mining industries. Generally hardfacing of worn out rolls and grinding tables of Loesche, Pfieffer, IHI, MAGOTEAUX or similar other types of vertical mills, is applied on the semi-automatic welding positioners in our workshop.

This service is mostly given to cement and mining industries. Generally hardfacing of worn out pressure rolls of KOEPPERN , KHD , FLS , KRUPP POLYSIUS or similar other types of roller press units , is applied on the semi-automatic welding positioners in our workshop.

Checking the cracks by applying MP , dye penetrate , ultrasonic waves tests after gauging existing hard layer and machining , following the certain temperature procedures during welding on the positioners and final controls are the rules of in the organization.
